Do I need to have everything figured out before I start?
Not at all. I’ll guide you through the process, ask the right questions, and help shape your ideas into a finished site that feels like you.
I’m not tech-savvy, will this be too complicated?
Nope. I handle the tech and explain everything in plain English. You’ll feel supported, not overwhelmed.
Will you write the content or do I have to?
I take care of all the copywriting, but it’s collaborative. You’ll have a chance to share your voice and review everything before it goes live.
Can I use my own photos or do I have to find new ones?
If you have images you love, we can absolutely use them. I also help source and or create high-quality images that align with your brand.
How long does the process take?
That depends on the package you choose. The VIP Week Intensive is completed in just 5 business days, the Signature Site takes about 2–4 weeks, and the Starter Site is typically ready in 4 weeks. Once we have our consultation and I’ve received everything I need from you, it’s off to the races!
What if I need more than pages?
No problem. Additional pages can be added to your package for a set fee. We’ll talk about what you need on our strategy call.
Do you work with specific industries only?
I specialize in working with service providers, but I’ve built websites across many industries, from therapists and coaches to consultants and creatives.
How involved do I need to be?
Just enough to give feedback. I handle the rest (design, copy, and project management), so you don’t have to.
Will my site work on mobile devices?
Yes. Every site I build is fully responsive, meaning it looks great on phones, tablets, and desktops.
Can I update my site myself later?
Absolutely. Depending on the package you choose, I include custom training videos so you’ll know how to make simple updates with confidence.
Just let me know that you'd like to be able to update your new website at our initial consult and we can build that in to what you get.
Can you help me with branding or logos?
We can talk through your needs during our consultation. Sometimes my schedule allows for me to take on branding work directly, and if so, I’d be happy to help. If not, I’ll point you to a trusted resource and we’ll schedule your website build around when your branding is ready.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, payment plans are available for all packages. I want this to feel manageable and stress-free.
